We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, highly skilled chef to join our professional kitchen team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong culinary background, a commitment to quality, and the ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced environment.

Hours
- 40 Annualised
- 31 Days Holiday
Reporting to
Head Chef, Glen Campbell
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness (HACCP compliant)
- Contribute to menu development and daily specials where appropriate
- Manage stock rotation, portion control, and waste reduction
- Work effectively as part of a team and support junior kitchen staff
- Perform well under pressure during busy service periods

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
