Experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner, Solicitor | Legal Executive | Paralegal

Location: Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire

Salary: Competitive (based on experience)

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm with 1 hour for lunch

About The Role

You’ll join our commercial property team and take responsibility for your own caseload, dealing with a variety of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.

We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience working within a commercial property department and who has the confidence and ability to manage their own files and progress matters effectively.

You’ll Ideally Be Someone Who

  • Has 2+ years’ experience in a commercial property department.
  • Has experience managing their own caseload from instruction through to completion.
  • Is confident dealing with clients and other professionals.
  • Can work independently while also being a strong team player.
  • Is organised, commercially aware and able to manage competing deadlines.
  • Takes pride in delivering a high level of client service.
  • Is keen to develop their career and continue building their commercial property expertise.

Your exact level of responsibility will reflect your qualifications and experience, and we’re happy to consider Solicitors, Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals who can demonstrate the right commercial property experience.
