Job details
Brian Kelly Solicitors is seeking to recruit an experienced Solicitor to join its busy and well-established practice, preferably on full-time basis, though part-time will also be considered. The firm is particularly interested in hearing from Solicitors with at least 3 years’ PQE in residential and commercial conveyancing, alongside Probate and Wills.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing residential and commercial conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
- Handling sales, purchases and re-mortgages
- Drafting wills
- Administering estates and probate matters
- Ensuring compliance with Law Society of Northern Ireland regulations
- Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors

Requirements
- Proven 3+ years PQE in Conveyancing
- Strong practical experience in Conveyancing, Wills and Probate
- Ability to manage your caseload independently
- Strong client care and communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of file management system.
