My client, a well-established and successful manufacturing business, is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Account Manager to join their busy Customer Service/Internal Sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in B2B customer service/account management, ideally gained within a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and building strong client relationships.
- Processing customer enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Liaising with planning, production, engineering, and sales teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Providing regular updates to customers regarding order progress and delivery schedules.
- Coordinating customer feedback, complaints, and returns.
- Working with ERP/CRM systems to ensure accurate order processing.
- Supporting the Customer Services Manager and deputising when required.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience in a Customer Services Account Manager or Senior Customer Service role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach and excellent attention to detail.
