ALS Dental is a leading UK dental manufacturing group focused on creating life-enhancing dental solutions through advanced and digital technology. The company operates a network of forward-thinking dental laboratories that produce crowns and bridges, implants, surgical guides, prosthetics, and orthodontic products.
Role Description
This is an on-site Experienced Dental Technician/Prosthetic role based in Wokingham. The role involves designing, fabricating, and finishing a range of prosthetic dental appliances, including dentures and related removable prosthetics, in line with clinical prescriptions and ALS quality standards.

What We Need From You
- Manufacture full and partial dentures to the highest standards
- Work with a range of materials including acrylic and flexible systems
- Set up teeth for aesthetics, function, and comfort
- Repair, reline, and adjust existing prosthetic appliances as needed
- Collaborate with clinicians and fellow technicians to ensure the best possible results
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working in a Prosthetics department (digital or injection systems a bonus)
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Good understanding of dental anatomy and occlusion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
