Company Description
Springhill Farms Ltd (EVG) are looking for an experienced drill man and tractor operator to join our busy vegetable farming operation based in The Vale of Evesham. You’ll be part of a small and friendly team, working for a family-run business that supplies major retailers, wholesalers, and independent stores.
You will be responsible for the drilling of salad onions and working within other areas of the business when necessary.

Requirements
- Full UK driving license
- 5 years + experience working in large scale farming operations
- Competent safe machinery operator
- Exemplary record keeping
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible with a can-do attitude
- Self-motivated
