MNM Property Services - Maintenance Electrician
MNM Property Services is looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to work mainly in Wandsworth, London areas.
Your New Role
Joining the team as a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for working on both reactive and maintenance jobs in domestic properties across London.
What we require:
- At least 1 year's experience in the UK
- Ability to carry out basic electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs
- NICEIC qualifications would be an additional asset
- Own tools
- Valid driving licence
- 18th edition qualifications
Job Description:
- Part rewiring in domestic properties
- Immersions testing and immersion stats replaced
- Testing and Certification, using company’s software
- Extractor fans replacement and installation
- CCU replacements
- Domestic external and internal lights
- Testing and replacement of electrical cooker and hobs
- Testing and replacement of storage heaters
- Replacements and upgrades of office installation
- Installation and Maintenance of Emergency lights
- Installation, testing, and maintenance of fire detection - domestic and commercial type
- PAT testing
- Replacement of cooker hoods
- Run of CAT5 & CAT6 cables for ethernet w/RJ45 plugs
- Domestic emergency ‘make safe’ after flooding
