Move Home with Pete and Julie is a personal estate agency business powered by eXp UK, helping homeowners across East Leeds and the surrounding areas move with a more personal, proactive, and hands-on service.
We combine modern technology and digital marketing with traditional relationship-led estate agency. Our focus is on delivering excellent communication, honest advice, and a high level of service throughout the moving process.
As the business continues to grow, we are now looking for an experienced estate agency professional to join us and become an important part of the team.
Role Description:
We are looking for an Experienced Estate Agency Negotiator / Client Manager to join our growing business.
This will initially be a part-time role of approximately five hours per day, five days per week, with genuine scope to develop into a full-time position as the business grows. The role will be predominantly home-based, although some flexibility may occasionally be required.

You will work closely with Pete and Julie, helping manage our buyers and sellers and ensuring clients receive regular communication and a consistently high level of service.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Speaking with buyers and sellers
- Following up viewings and enquiries
- Negotiating offers
- Managing applicant relationships
- Updating clients
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Supporting the general administration and organisation of the business
We are looking for someone who can work independently, use their initiative, and take genuine ownership of their responsibilities.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous residential estate agency experience
- Strong negotiation and client management skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to build trust with buyers and sellers
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and property portals
- Reliable, proactive, and able to use initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- A genuine commitment to excellent customer service
- Knowledge of the Leeds property market would be an advantage

The position will begin with a three-month probationary period, with the intention of increasing the role and hours if it proves to be the right fit for both sides. If you have several years of estate agency experience and are looking for something different from the traditional branch environment, we would love to hear from you.
