Part-Time Estate Agency Negotiator / Administrator
Location: East Leeds / Hybrid working
Hours: Part-time initially, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time role
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
About Us
Move Home with Pete and Julie is a growing estate agency business powered by eXp UK.
We offer a highly personal service to our clients and have built our business around communication, trust, and doing things properly.
As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced estate agency professional to join us and become an important part of our team.
This position will start part-time, but for the right person our intention is for the role to develop into a full-time position as the business continues to grow.
The Role
This is a varied position covering both sales negotiation and administration.
You’ll help us look after buyers, sellers, and new enquiries while making sure the day-to-day administration of the business runs smoothly.

- Answering incoming calls and enquiries
- Booking and confirming property viewings
- Following up buyers after viewings
- Speaking with buyers and matching them to suitable properties
- Supporting vendors throughout their sale
- Setting up new property and sales files
- General estate agency administration
- Following up leads and prospective clients
- Assisting with sales progression
- Supporting CRM management and ongoing client communication
- Helping with social media and property marketing where appropriate
What We’re Looking For
Previous estate agency experience is essential.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Understands residential estate agency
- Is confident speaking with buyers and sellers
- Is organized and able to manage their own workload
- Is trustworthy and dependable
- Is comfortable working independently from home
- Has strong communication skills
- Has good computer and CRM skills
- Understands the importance of great customer service
- Is comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls
- Ideally has knowledge of Leeds and the surrounding areas

Being comfortable appearing on social media or video would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential.
The Opportunity
We’re a small but ambitious business, and this role is about much more than simply filling a part-time position.
You’ll work closely with Pete and Julie and have the opportunity to become a key part of the business as we grow.
The role will start part-time with the potential to develop into a full-time position for the right candidate, with increased responsibilities and opportunities as the business expands.
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become a long-term member of the team.
