Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator

Full-Time or Part-Time | Hybrid Working | East Leeds

We are a small, growing boutique estate agency looking for an experienced Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our team.

We are open to either a full-time or part-time appointment for the right candidate, but estate agency experience is essential.

This is not a fully remote position. While a significant amount of the role can be carried out from home, the successful candidate must live within approximately a 40-minute drive of Cross Gates, Leeds, as you will be required to attend properties, appointments, viewings and other on-site work from time to time.

The Role

You will play an important part in looking after our buyers and sellers throughout their moving journey. Responsibilities will include:

  • Speaking with buyers and sellers and providing regular updates
  • Handling new enquiries and following up potential buyers
  • Booking, confirming and following up property viewings
  • Conducting viewings and attending properties when required
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
  • Following up leads and opportunities
  • Helping prepare new property listings and client files
  • Supporting sales progression and keeping transactions moving
  • General estate agency administration
  • Working closely with the business owners as part of a small team

What We're Looking For

You must have at least two years' previous estate agency experience, ideally within residential sales.

You will also need to be:

  • Confident speaking with buyers and sellers
  • Experienced in negotiating offers
  • Organised and comfortable managing your own workload
  • Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working from home as well as attending appointments locally
  • Based within approximately 40 minutes of Cross Gates, Leeds
  • Equipped with a reliable internet connection and suitable home-working environment
  • Comfortable using estate agency CRM systems and technology

Saturday Working Is Essential

Applicants must be able to work Saturdays.

The role operates across five working days for a full-time employee, with a weekday off where appropriate. Please only apply if you are able to commit to regular Saturday working.

  • Full-Time: Five days per week, including Saturdays
  • Part-Time: Hours can be discussed depending on experience and availability, but Saturday availability is still required

For the right person, there is genuine scope for the position to develop as the business continues to grow.

Hybrid Working

This is a hybrid role, not a fully remote position.

A large proportion of the work can be completed from home, but you must be able to travel into Cross Gates and the surrounding East Leeds area for viewings, property appointments, meetings and other work when required.

A mobile phone will be provided.
