Vaughan Reynolds is an established independent estate agency specialising in quality homes across Stratford-upon-Avon, South Warwickshire and the North Cotswolds. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, honest advice and marketing that consistently stands above the competition.
We're looking for an experienced estate agent to join our close-knit team and take responsibility for an established portfolio of clients and ongoing sales. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building lasting relationships, thrives in a varied role and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service from instruction through to completion.
This isn't simply another negotiator position. It's an opportunity to become a key member of a respected independent agency where your ideas, experience and ambition will be recognised, and where there is genuine potential to progress into a senior leadership position.
The Role
This is a varied, client-facing role where no two days are the same. Responsibilities include:
- Managing an existing portfolio of properties and clients.
- Booking and conducting viewings and market appraisals.
- Handling buyer and seller enquiries.
- Providing viewing feedback and regular vendor updates.
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.
- Contract chasing and liaising with solicitors, buyers and sellers.
- Database management and client care.
- Business generation through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
- Helping maintain the exceptionally high standards our clients expect.

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within residential estate agency.
- Is confident dealing with clients at all stages of the moving process.
- Has excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Is organised, proactive and able to work independently.
- Enjoys delivering first-class customer service.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.

OTE: £35,000 - £45,000 PA +/- dependant on experience.
