Now Hiring: Experienced Night Female Domiciliary Care Assistants (Drivers Only)

Location: London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham

Pay: £13.50 – £15.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time | Part-time | Permanent

Work Location: In-person, with local travel between client homes (must be able to drive)

About The Role

As a Night Domiciliary Care Assistant, you'll provide essential overnight care and reassurance to individuals in their own homes, supporting them with personal care, safety checks, and companionship throughout the night.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal care, companionship, and emotional support
  • Support clients with tasks such as washing, dressing, toileting, and medication
  • Ensure client comfort and safety during night hours
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and the care team
  • Drive between client homes in the local area during your shift

What We're Looking For

  • Compassionate, respectful, and professional individuals
  • Must have previous care experience (domiciliary or similar)
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle required
  • Comfortable working night shifts (9 PM – 5 AM)
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Must be available to attend 3-day induction training
  • Able to provide 3 years of references
  • Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (support provided)
