Experienced Finance Recruiter - Manager/Senior Manager level
Edinburgh base
We are looking for an experienced Finance Recruiter to join one of our busiest teams based in our fabulous Edinburgh office. This is a great opportunity to join a high performing Finance team who offer in-depth market knowledge & long standing client & candidate relationships from which you would be able to leverage further success.
Your new role
As a Senior Consultant /Business Manager/Senior Manager you will operate as a senior fee earner with accountability for the performance and growth of a significant customer portfolio within your specialist market. You deliver material business impact through advanced business development, complex deal execution and the ownership of high value, long-term customer relationships.
You operate with a high degree of autonomy, making confident commercial decisions. You act as a trusted partner to senior customers, role model Hays’ Valued Behaviours and set the commercial tone through your results, professionalism and collaborative approach, supporting colleagues through shared expertise, advice and example rather than formal line management.
