In line with our commitment to quality and innovation, we are looking for an Experienced Fork Lift Truck Driver to become part of our vibrant team. This position is crucial for ensuring smooth operations within our production facilities.
As an Experienced Fork Lift Truck Driver, you will apply your skills to effectively manage the movement of goods, ensuring everything operates smoothly and safely. Your proficiency will enable us to uphold the high standards our customers expect, while also fostering a positive team atmosphere. Your Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently operate forklifts to load, unload, and transport products throughout the warehouse and production areas
- Ensure precise inventory management by organizing and labeling supplies appropriately
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on forklifts, promptly addressing any operational concerns
- Adhere to safety protocols to promote a secure work environment and reduce risks
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational objectives efficiently
- Assist in stocktaking and report any discrepancies found in inventory records
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and embrace new technologies
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Forklift Truck License (Counterbalance and/or Reach)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations regarding forklift operations
- Excellent attention to detail, coupled with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts as required by business operations
