Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Experienced Front of House role based at The Kings Head Country Hotel in Great Bircham. The role involves greeting guests on arrival, taking reservations. Daily tasks include supporting restaurant and bar service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments accurately. The role also includes maintaining a clean and organised front-of-house area, coordinating with the kitchen, and following health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and interpersonal communication abilities, with a friendly and professional manner when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess clear and confident communication skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, with experience in delivering welcoming, attentive, and efficient service in hospitality.
- Candidates should possess the ability to deliver presentations or brief explanations to guests regarding menus.
- Relevant experience in front-of-house, hotel restaurant, and bar work is highly beneficial.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in handling bookings of restaurant, payments, and guest requirements are important.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the Front of House schedule.
