Employer needs complete peace of mind that house and garden are being well looked after and so would best suit a knowledgeable gardener and organised, meticulous housekeeper with a good track record and excellent references.
Duties
- All housekeeping and general maintenance and upkeep of the house and grounds.
- When the employer is in residence, some family-style cooking (not dinner parties) may be required.

Additional Information
- There is 1 part-time gardener employed and others added as necessary to assist.
- Security is paramount, so it is essential that someone sleeps in the staff accommodation every night (apart from holidays and booked time off when cover can be arranged).
- Staff accommodation is a lovely 3-bed cottage on the estate, all costs covered.

Working Hours
- Generally Monday - Friday, 9-5.
- When the owner is in residence, flexibility to work longer hours and occasional help at the weekend will be required.
Start Date
Interviewing now to start Jan/Feb 2027, although flexibility for the ideal couple to start earlier if preferred.
Salary
Negotiable from £75k - £80k gross pa.
