Role Description
The role is based in Hatton Garden, London. This full-time role involves assessing and testing gold and other precious metals, explaining valuations, and processing scrap jewellery and investment gold bullion.

- Strong experience in precious metals buying, including hands-on gold testing and valuation, ideally in a retail or trade environment.
- Comfortable working with industry tools and equipment used for assessing purity and weight of jewellery.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain valuations clearly and build trust with a diverse customer base.
- Experience in a high-value retail, jewellery, or pawnbroking environment is an advantage; formal training or certification in jewellery or gemology is beneficial but not required.
