About the Company

We are an established renewable energy company with around four years’ experience in heat pumps, solar, underfloor heating, and related renewable energy solutions.

About the Role

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Heat Pump Sales Surveyor who is technically capable, highly driven, and strongly sales-focused.

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded, and motivated by high earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage heat pump enquiries from initial customer contact through to sale and technical survey.
  • Conduct initial customer visits to assess the property, understand customer requirements, and prepare appropriate quotations.
  • Complete full technical surveys and detailed heat-loss calculations for successful projects.
  • Confidently speak with customers, progress enquiries, follow up quotations, and close sales.

Earnings & Opportunity

  • £1,000 commission per completed heat pump sale
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Typically around 2–3 quality company-generated leads per day
  • Strong opportunity for a high-performing salesperson to earn significantly more than a traditional salaried surveying role
  • There is no fixed ceiling on earnings. The more successful sales you complete, the more you earn.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in heat pump sales and/or surveying
  • Strong sales ability and a proven ability to close customers
  • A highly motivated and target-driven attitude
  • Confidence following up leads and quotations
  • Excellent customer communication skills
  • Experience carrying out technical heat pump site surveys
  • Ability to complete full room-by-room heat-loss calculations
  • Confidence using heat-loss and heat pump design software
  • Good understanding of heat pump sizing and system design
  • Understanding of radiators, underfloor heating, and other heat emitters
  • Good knowledge of practical heat pump installation requirements
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to your own vehicle

Knowledge of MCS heat pump requirements is highly desirable.

We are particularly interested in people who are ambitious, competitive, and motivated by results, and who want the opportunity to maximize their earnings rather than being limited by a fixed salary.
