Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission | High Earning Potential
We are an established renewable energy company with around four years’ experience in heat pumps, solar, underfloor heating, and related renewable energy solutions.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Heat Pump Sales Surveyor who is technically capable, ambitious, and strongly sales-focused.
We have our own established lead-generation system and can typically provide around 2–3 quality leads per day.
The successful candidate must be confident speaking with customers, following up enquiries, preparing quotations, and closing sales.
Earnings
- Basic salary + attractive commission
- Uncapped earning potential
- Strong commission paid for successful heat pump sales
- Exact salary and commission structure will be discussed at interview and will depend on experience and ability

This role would suit someone who is highly motivated by results and earning potential, and who wants the opportunity to significantly increase their income through strong sales performance.
The Role
You will manage heat pump enquiries, carry out customer assessments, prepare quotations, and progress opportunities through to sale.
Where customers intend to proceed, you must also be capable of carrying out the required detailed technical survey and full room-by-room heat-loss calculation.
Requirements
You must have:
- Previous heat pump sales and/or surveying experience
- Strong sales and closing ability
- Experience carrying out technical heat pump surveys
- Ability to complete full room-by-room heat-loss calculations
- Confidence using heat-loss and heat pump design software
- Good understanding of heat pump sizing and system design
- Knowledge of radiators, underfloor heating, and heat emitters
- Strong customer communication and follow-up skills
- A target-driven and commercially focused attitude
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
