Who This Suits
This role is best suited to professionals who:
- Have 7+ years' experience in hospitality, including venue management, food and beverage leadership, hotel operations, events, catering, or other client-facing roles
- Are confident in consultative, people-first conversations. You listen, qualify, and guide rather than push
- Build rapport easily and communicate with clarity and professionalism
- Are looking to move away from shift-based work toward a more flexible and self-directed way of operating
- Have an interest in professional growth, leadership, and performance

What You Will Be Doing
- Managing inbound and self-generated enquiries through digital channels
- Building visibility through professional networks and platforms such as LinkedIn
- Guiding professionals toward relevant digital education programs and live events
- Developing and managing your own pipeline, schedule, and follow-up
- Participating in weekly training and strategy sessions within an active, experienced team

- A minimum of 7 years professional experience is preferred
