Job Title – Experienced HR Consultant

Location – Hinckley LE10 1EQ

Hybrid with 3 days in the office

Salary – £40 -50K

Duration – Permanent/Full Time

Do you enjoy the HR cases that require sound judgement, commercial thinking and practical solutions rather than straightforward answers? We are looking for an experienced HR consultant who embodies our core values and thrives on managing complex cases requiring strong employment law knowledge – is this you?

This is an opportunity to manage your own portfolio of retained clients whilst taking a leading role in more complex employee relations matters as well as supporting colleagues when challenging cases arise.

What we need you to bring to the team:

  • Significant experience managing complex employee relations matters.
  • Excellent working knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Previous HR consultancy experience or a senior in-house HR background.
  • Confidence advising business owners, directors and senior managers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to conduct effective training sessions and handle sensitive situations tactfully.
  • A commercial awareness and the confidence to identify business opportunities.
