IFA Administrator
I’m currently working with an established Wealth Management business that is looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to the team.
The role will involve supporting Advisers and clients across new and ongoing business, client reviews, and general case management.

- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providers, and Advisers
- Processing new and ongoing business across pensions, investments, ISAs, bonds, and protection
- Preparing client correspondence, reports, and suitability report enclosures
- Managing Letters of Authority and obtaining policy and investment information
- Producing portfolio valuations, tax packs, and annual review documentation
- Liaising with providers to resolve queries and ensure changes are completed
- Monitoring cases, chasing outstanding requirements, and keeping business moving through to completion
- Supporting Advisers and Paraplanners with day-to-day case management
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
- Coordinating Adviser diaries, appointments, and client meetings
- Supporting the wider administration team during busy periods

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting Financial Planners, Advisers, or Wealth Managers, with a strong understanding of investment products and experience working with HNW clients.
