We are working with a respected law firm based in Belfast for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their team.

The Role:

The successful Legal Secretary will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors within a busy legal practice. The role will involve:

  • Diary management
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Managing correspondence
  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients

You will also:

  • Draft and format legal documents and correspondence
  • Maintain organised files and records
  • Assist with billing and invoicing
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the team

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or within a similar legal support role
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong IT and document management skills
