An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our respected and long-established estate agency in the heart of Wimbledon Village.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving the success of our lettings department. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to both landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full lettings process from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting property viewings and providing expert advice on the local market
- Negotiating tenancy terms in line with client expectations
- Generating new business opportunities and contributing to department growth
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and best practice
