About Us

Wicked Bikes is a busy bicycle workshop and retail space based at Hackney Bridge, a lively canalside destination surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and creative businesses.

We are a small, friendly team of riders and mechanics who enjoy what we do and take pride in providing reliable, high-quality service to our local cycling community.

The Roles

We are looking for an experienced mechanic to join our workshop full-time. We are currently recruiting for two levels of the role: Experienced Mechanic and Head Mechanic.

Both positions are hands-on and workshop-focused, with the key difference being the level of responsibility within the workshop.

Experienced Mechanic — £30,800 + Performance Bonus

This role is suited to an experienced mechanic who is confident carrying out a wide range of repairs and servicing to a high standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
