This opportunity is particularly suited to experienced advisers who are confident generating their own business and are looking for greater flexibility, a highly competitive remuneration structure, and the opportunity to broaden the range of mortgage and property finance solutions they can offer their clients.
Why Join Mortgage Circle?
At Mortgage Circle, our advisers have access to much more than mainstream residential mortgage business. Alongside residential and buy-to-let mortgages, we work across a broad range of property finance, including:
- Residential mortgages and remortgages
- First-time buyer mortgages
- Buy-to-let and portfolio landlord mortgages
- Limited company buy-to-let
- HMO and multi-unit property finance
- Commercial mortgages
- Semi-commercial and mixed-use property finance
- Bridging finance
- Development finance
- Refurbishment finance
- Auction finance
- Specialist and complex mortgage cases
- Other property finance solutions
For experienced mortgage advisers who may currently have to refer specialist enquiries elsewhere, Mortgage Circle provides the opportunity to broaden your expertise, retain more of your client relationships, and develop into additional areas of property finance.
Previous experience in commercial, bridging, or development finance is welcomed but is not essential. Advisers who wish to develop into these areas will have the opportunity to do so, subject to appropriate training, competence assessment, internal approval, and any applicable regulatory requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
