Experienced Mortgage Advisor – Remote

Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive basic salary + uncapped bonus/commission structure

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our growing team on a fully remote basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven Mortgage Advisor who wants to work within a modern, technology-focused mortgage brokerage, dealing with complex mortgage cases, with the benefit of a competitive salary, strong earning potential, and an experienced administration team supporting you throughout the mortgage journey.

You will focus on providing high-quality mortgage advice to clients, while identifying protection needs and referring suitable clients to our dedicated Life Protection Advisors.

Your Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will:

  • Provide professional and compliant mortgage advice to clients.
  • Conduct detailed fact-finds and assess clients' financial circumstances and objectives.
  • Research and recommend suitable mortgage products on complex mortgage cases.
  • Manage clients from initial enquiry through to mortgage offer and completion.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the advice process.
  • Identify appropriate opportunities for life and protection insurance.
  • Refer protection opportunities to our dedicated Life Protection Advisors, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent mortgage advice.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records on our CRM.
  • Manage your pipeline effectively and work towards agreed sales and completion targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer outcomes and a high level of customer service.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Advisor who is:

  • CeMAP qualified or holds an equivalent mortgage advice qualification.
  • Experienced in providing mortgage advice and managing a mortgage pipeline.
  • Confident and knowledgeable across a range of complex mortgage scenarios.
  • Target-driven and motivated by earning potential.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Confident using CRM systems and modern technology.
  • Committed to delivering compliant advice and excellent customer outcomes.
  • A team player who is happy to work alongside our Life Protection and Administration teams.

Salary & Bonus Structure

Experienced Administration Team

You won't be expected to manage the entire mortgage process alone. Our experienced administration team provides support throughout the customer journey, helping with the progression of applications, chasing outstanding information, liaising with lenders, and supporting cases through to completion. This allows our Mortgage Advisors to focus on what they do best – advising clients, building relationships, and generating mortgage business.
