Experienced Multi Trader - Permanent Full-Time
Location: Wimbledon, London, covering South West, West, Central London & North-West.
Salary: £37,500 - £45,000 a year depending on experience, skill level, and range of trades.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm.
DCL Online Ltd is an established and growing property maintenance company working with estate agents, property managers, landlords, and private clients across London.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our team.
IMPORTANT: Applicants must have their own reliable vehicle suitable for travelling between jobs and carrying tools and materials.

The Role
You will attend residential properties across London carrying out a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement works.

The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, dealing professionally with tenants, landlords, and property managers, and completing works to a high standard.
Typical Works May Include:
- Basic plumbing
- Carpentry and basic joinery
- Damp and mould-related remedial works
- Door and window repairs
- Fencing and decking
- Flooring repairs
- General handyman and property maintenance tasks
- Kitchen and bathroom repairs
- Locks, handles, and ironmongery
- Minor refurbishment works
- Painting and decorating
- Silicone and sealant work
- Tiling
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong multi-trader or property maintenance experience (5 years)
- Can competently complete several different trades
- Has their own tools
- Has their own reliable vehicle
- Can work independently and manage jobs efficiently
- Takes pride in the quality and presentation of their work
- Is reliable, punctual, and professional
- Communicates clearly with customers and the office team
- Is comfortable working in occupied residential properties
- Can diagnose problems and identify practical solutions
- Is willing to travel between jobs across London
- Is comfortable using a smartphone for job updates and photographs
