About the Role

We are looking for a full-time or part-time Optical Assistant to deliver personalised, patient-first care at our opticians.

Your Responsibilities

  • Offer expert advice and guide patients through frame and lens choices for a comfortable, stylish, and accurate fit
  • Provide longer consultations (30–45 minutes), reflecting our commitment to diligent, quality care
  • Engage warmly with patients, building trust and rapport
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and positive patient experiences
  • Utilise your expertise in selecting optimal frame and lens options based on visual and lifestyle needs
  • Support patients with queries, help resolve dispensing issues, and maintain practice organisation
  • Contribute to frame and lens stock selection and display styling, drawing from our premium stock (including Tom Ford, Oakley and RayBan)
  • Eiczne a collaborative yet professional environment where everyone pitches in
