Our client is a large international bank and they are looking to hire an experienced paralegal to join their highly regarded legal team as a 'go to' Paralegal for a 12 month fixed term contract with a view to go permanent.

The successful candidate will be working in a tight-knit team and sitting closely with the business. Responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out legal research
  • Assisting in drafting and reviewing a wide range of legal documentation such as NDAs
  • General banking and derivative documentation and transactional support
  • Helping manage relationships with external third parties, particularly panel law firms

Skills required

  • Strong academics, achieved a 2:1 or above at a top university
  • At least 1 year experience gained as a Paralegal
  • Experience working in the finance or corporate department of a law firm or in a bank would be highly advantageous but this is not mandatory
  • Available to start at short notice
