About the Role

We are a fast-paced, high-end interior design studio based in Marylebone, currently seeking an experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have completed their RIBA Part 2 at least, have a minimum of 1 year’s UK practice experience, and be highly proficient in BIM. You will bring architectural and technical expertise to high-end residential projects for private clients and developers. We are looking for a proactive candidate, detail-orientated and keen to develop their career within a high-end Interior Architecture Practice.

This is a varied and hands-on role for a technically strong, proactive individual who can take ownership of the interior architectural side of our projects. You will work closely with the Head of Interior Architecture, Directors and Designers, leading the technical design and coordination of projects from concept through to completion on site.

You must be highly proficient in BIM, ideally Revit or ArchiCAD, with a strong understanding of model coordination and information management. Experience in Vectorworks, InDesign and Photoshop are a plus. A good understanding of UK Building Regulations, the planning process and construction detailing is essential.

This role also involves coordinating with consultants and contractors’ submissions, attending site and supporting designers within the team. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects at once are essential.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
