Job Summary

As our Plumber, you’ll be the face of our business on site, delivering high-quality plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance with minimal disruption to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out a wide range of plumbing tasks: leaks, blockages, boiler issues, radiators, taps, toilets, showers, pumps, and hot/cold water systems.
  • Responding to emergency call-outs and scheduled appointments across London.
  • Diagnosing faults, quoting for additional works, and completing first-fix repairs wherever possible.
  • Installing and maintaining plumbing systems in line with current Building Regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintaining accurate job records, photos, and notes via our mobile app/PDA.
  • Managing stock and materials in your van to maximise first-time fix rates.
  • Providing clear, professional communication with customers before, during, and after jobs.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be an experienced plumber who is confident working independently and representing a professional brand in customers’ homes and businesses.

Essential

  • Proven experience as a mobile or multi-skilled plumber (ideally 3+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and light commercial plumbing systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently from a van, managing your own schedule and materials.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional, tidy appearance.
  • Full UK driving licence and comfortable driving in London.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Desirable (but Not All Essential)

  • Gas Safe registration (for any gas-related work).
  • Unvented Hot Water, Water Regs, Or Similar Plumbing Qualifications.
  • Experience with PPDs/job apps and digital job sheets.
  • Basic electrical awareness or multi-trade skills.
