Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for working from home. The Experienced Private Banking Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices, providing tailored private banking solutions including multicurrency accounts, trust and escrow services, and cross-border payment capabilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on liquidity management, asset protection, and investment opportunities, while coordinating closely with Custodial Banking, Asset Management, and Investment Banking teams to deliver integrated solutions. The role involves originating new relationships, deepening existing ones, conducting regular portfolio reviews, and ensuring that all client activities align with the bank’s stringent BSA/AML/KYC/OFAC standards. The executive will also prepare client proposals, lead presentations, and maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support efficient, compliant, and high-touch service.

- Strong private banking and wealth management skills, including experience serving ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices.
- Expertise in multicurrency accounts, international payments, and cross-border banking operations within a highly regulated environment.
- Knowledge of asset management, investment products, and portfolio construction across cash, bonds, funds, and other financial instruments.
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, M&A, and investment banking services relevant to sophisticated individual and institutional clients.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, relationship management, and growing client portfolios in global markets.
- Comprehensive familiarity with compliance frameworks, including BSA/AML/KYC/OFAC, and best practices for risk management and client onboarding.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, multilingual environment.
- Proficiency with modern banking technology platforms and digital tools to support fast, secure client service and internal collaboration.
