German-speaking Proactive Sourcing Specialist

At AMS, we focus on skills, potential, and the ability to grow. We are looking for a German-speaking Proactive Sourcing Specialist to support one of our global pharmaceutical clients across the DACH region. You will bring strong expertise in talent mapping, market research, and strategic sourcing, with a focus on identifying and engaging high-quality talent and building pipelines that deliver measurable hiring outcomes.

Working within a complex, international pharmaceutical environment, you will support recruitment across the DACH market, partnering closely with AMS recruitment teams and client stakeholders. This is an opportunity to apply your sourcing expertise in a highly professional, fast-paced environment where access to specialist talent and a strong understanding of the local candidate market are critical to successful recruitment delivery.

Key Accountabilities

  • Apply your strategic sourcing expertise to support AMS Recruiters, Recruitment Partners, and Hiring Managers in identifying and attracting high-quality talent across the DACH region.
  • Use your research and talent mapping skills to understand hiring requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies, including direct search, headhunting, networking, and engagement of passive candidates.
  • Partner closely with Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers to maintain alignment on hiring priorities and provide regular updates on sourcing activity, pipeline health, market conditions, and talent availability.
  • Build and maintain strong, sustainable talent pipelines using Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques across LinkedIn, internal databases, professional networks, company websites, and other relevant sourcing channels.
  • Proactively engage prospective candidates, effectively positioning opportunities and delivering a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
  • Provide market intelligence and talent insights, helping recruitment teams and stakeholders understand candidate availability, competitor activity, market trends, and potential sourcing challenges.
  • Drive improvements in pipeline quality and hiring efficiency through continuous market mapping, proactive engagement, and data-led sourcing decisions.
  • Support broader recruitment activities where required, including job postings, interview coordination, and other recruitment-related tasks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
