The Role

As a Property Management Team Leader, you will manage and support a team of Property Managers, ensuring high standards of service, compliance and performance. You will be hands-on, managing a smaller portfolio while focusing on team development, process improvement and client satisfaction.

  • Lead, manage and support a team of Property Managers
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure KPIs and deadlines are met
  • Maintain a high level of client service and build strong relationships with landlords
  • Support with complex property management issues and escalate where required
  • Ensure compliance across all aspects of property management
  • Conduct regular one-to-ones, provide feedback and support team development
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Work closely with the Lettings, Accounts and wider teams

You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in residential property management, with previous team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of lettings, property management and relevant legislation
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Experience dealing with overseas or investor landlords would be an advantage
