The Role
As a Property Management Team Leader, you will manage and support a team of Property Managers, ensuring high standards of service, compliance and performance. You will be hands-on, managing a smaller portfolio while focusing on team development, process improvement and client satisfaction.
- Lead, manage and support a team of Property Managers
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure KPIs and deadlines are met
- Maintain a high level of client service and build strong relationships with landlords
- Support with complex property management issues and escalate where required
- Ensure compliance across all aspects of property management
- Conduct regular one-to-ones, provide feedback and support team development
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Work closely with the Lettings, Accounts and wider teams

You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in residential property management, with previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of lettings, property management and relevant legislation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- The ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience dealing with overseas or investor landlords would be an advantage

What We Offer
- £40,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
- OTE £50,000
- Performance-related bonus
