Fresh Form is a property services company working across Hertfordshire and North London — regular domestic cleaning, end-of-tenancy and void turnarounds, clearances, and grounds work for homeowners, landlords, letting agents, councils and housing providers.
We're built around one idea: employed young people work alongside experienced operatives on every job, paid and trained on the work. Your standard becomes the company's standard.
The role
You'll anchor property jobs day to day — setting the standard on site, finishing work to inventory standard, and showing the young employee working alongside you how it's done properly. You'll check work against our sign-off checklist and keep the photo record our clients rely on. Hands-on, local, steady.

What you'll do
- Anchor regular cleans, end-of-tenancy and void turnarounds across our patch
- Work with a trained young employee alongside you — they do the carrying and prep, jobs finish faster
- Own the finish: sign-off checklist and before-and-after photos on every turnaround
- Flag anything that isn't right — property issues, safety, wellbeing — the same day
Pay and terms
- £16–£18 an hour, employed — not agency, not self-employed
- Part-time, with guaranteed minimum weekly hours agreed at offer and reviewed at twelve weeks
- Monthly pay with a first-month advance, pension, and paid holiday
- Paid travel between jobs, with work allocated locally
- A rota in writing, ahead of time — no chasing shifts, no admin
- Coaching is part of the role, and it's the route to Team Leader at £18–£21

Who this suits
You have solid experience in cleaning, end-of-tenancy or wider property work, you take pride in the finish, and you're patient enough to show someone how it's done properly. A driving licence helps but isn't essential.
