Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a business where you can build your own market, increase your earnings and progress your career?
InterEx Group is a global technology recruitment business specialising in Data, ERP, CRM and Project Solutions, and we’re continuing to grow our London team.
We’re looking for ambitious recruiters who are ready to take greater ownership of their desk and work in a high-performance environment where results are recognised and rewarded.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of your market and manage the full 360° recruitment process, including:
- Building and managing strong client relationships
- Developing new business and winning new accounts
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation to placement
- Negotiating offers and closing deals
- Growing your network and personal brand
- Building a strong pipeline of candidates and clients
- Working towards clear billing and career targets

What We're Looking For
We’re looking for recruiters who are:
- Commercially driven and target-focused
- Confident in both candidate and client conversations
- Resilient and motivated by results
- Comfortable with business development and winning new clients
- Ambitious and hungry to progress
- Coachable and committed to continuous development
Technology recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. We’re open to high-performing recruiters from a range of sectors.
