Experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Construction Recruitment Consultant/s to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, sourcing top construction talent, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle across permanent and temporary vacancies.

We possess over 35 years of experience in the Recruitment industry with a fantastic back office support team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful, growing business and to become part of a team where you can feel heard and valued being a part of the Found Recruitment journey. Based on the outskirts of Newcastle in Killingworth, we are easily accessible to the A1 and A19 and the office provides free parking spaces with many local amenities to suit. You will have opportunities to be included in networking events that we host or attend such as Corporate Golf Days, Charity events, Race Events, Lunches etc.

Package

  • Salary negotiable depending on experience and role – £35,000+ (with opportunity to earn commission from the start)

Essentials

  • Previous experience in Recruitment
  • Full driver's licence/own vehicle – discussions around company car/car allowance
  • Computer/literacy skills
  • Strong communication skills – telephone and conducting 1:1 meetings with clients and candidates
  • Well presented – face to face meetings with clients/candidates are paramount
  • Listening skills
  • A desire to provide solutions to problems
  • Highly driven
  • Good rapport building skills/developing relationships
  • Full time working – 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday (hybrid to suit personal circumstances such as childcare, can and will be accommodated)
