Experienced Recruitment Consultant | Engineering & Energy

We are hiring experienced recruiters.

If you have 12+ months recruitment experience and are looking for a role where you can increase earnings, accelerate progression, and build an international desk, this could be a strong next step. Amoria Bond is expanding its Advanced Engineering and Renewable Energy teams across UK, European, and US markets.

What you will be doing

  • Winning new business and developing your client portfolio
  • Headhunting and placing specialist candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish
  • Building and maintaining long-term client and candidate relationships
  • Developing your personal brand and using LinkedIn for market engagement
  • Working international markets including UK, Europe, and the US
  • Attending client meetings, including international travel opportunities
