We’re looking for an experienced, high-performing recruitment professional to join our Leeds Computer Futures team, focusing on the Cyber Security (contract) market. This role is designed for experts who want to take full ownership of their market, maximise their earnings, and drive significant business impact.

You will:

- Starting base salary: £31,000 - £43,000
- Uncapped commission (no threshold, no cap)

The base salary range reflects the fixed compensation for this role. In addition, this position is eligible for a variable commission plan, with total earnings based on performance against defined targets. Final base salary will be determined using objective criteria such as relevant experience, skills, and internal pay equity. All variable compensation is governed by a transparent commission structure aligned to role expectations.
