Experienced Recruitment Consultant

We’re growing our high-performing team at Amoria Bond and are looking to speak with driven, ambitious individuals with 12+ months recruitment experience who are ready to take the next step in their career.

This opportunity sits within our Advanced Engineering and Renewable Energy teams, working across the UK, European, and US markets giving you real scope to build a global desk and significantly increase your earnings.

What will you be doing?

This is a full 360 recruitment role where you will:

  • Build your own client base through business development and relationship building
  • Win and manage client projects across your chosen market
  • Headhunt and place high-quality candidates into specialist roles
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from qualification through to offer
  • Develop your personal brand through job adverts, networking, and social media
  • Meet clients face-to-face, with opportunities to travel internationally (USA, Europe, and beyond)
