VirtueTech Recruitment is hiring for experienced recruitment consultants at all levels, to join our privately owned, high-growth business. We specialise in technology recruitment across Energy Trading and FinTech, two of the most buoyant and consistently well-funded markets in the industry.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants to join our growing business and play a key role in driving performance, mentoring consultants, and building long-term client partnerships.
In just two years, we’ve grown from a team of 2 to moving into a brand-new office built for 40 people. That growth has been driven by performance, ambition and a genuinely supportive culture and we’re only just getting started. VirtueTech is built on solid foundations, where every hire plays a meaningful role in shaping our future. What You’ll Be Doing
- Running your own desk as a true business, achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Developing new and existing client relationships through proactive business development
- Building and managing a specialist candidate network within your niche market
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role qualification to post-placement
- Acting as a role model, supporting Associate Consultants through mentoring and buddying
- Championing a high-performance, team-first culture

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Strong billing history and commercial mindset
- Confident in business development and candidate management
- Organised, driven and accountable
- Values-led approach with high standards and integrity
