Recruitment Consultant – Technology & Engineering (All Levels)
Tank Recruitment | Truro, Cornwall | Full-time | Permanent, On-site
£27,500–£40,000 DOE + up to 30% uncapped commission, no threshold

Tank is an award-winning, fast-growing Technology & Engineering recruitment agency based in Cornwall. We're expanding our team and looking for ambitious recruiters, from those building their billing track record to established top billers, to join us.
Whether you want to build out your own niche desk or move into leadership, we'll give you the training, autonomy, and platform to do it.

The role
You'll run a 360 desk in a high-demand Tech & Engineering market. That means:
- Identifying and winning new business in your specialist sector
- Building lasting relationships with clients and sourcing strong engineering and IT talent
- Mentoring junior consultants as the team grows
- Representing Tank at industry events and online
What we're looking for
- An established 360 recruitment consultant with a proven billing track record in any fast-paced sector - Professional Services, Construction, Finance, Commercial, Education, or Healthcare, for example
- Tech or Engineering experience is a bonus, not a requirement. We care more about your recruitment fundamentals, if you know how to win business and run a process, our training will teach you the rest
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and ready to take real ownership of your desk
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
