Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Remote Solar and Boiler Sales Setter & Closer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, setting appointments, and closing sales for solar energy systems and boiler solutions. Your expertise in B2C sales, negotiation, and customer service will drive growth and help clients transition to sustainable energy solutions. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while engaging with clients across various regions, ensuring a seamless sales process from initial contact to final agreement. Responsibilities

  • Engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and online outreach to identify their energy needs and introduce our solar and boiler solutions
  • Qualify leads by assessing customer requirements, budget considerations, and project timelines
  • Schedule appointments for consultations with technical specialists or project managers
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations via phone or video conferencing, highlighting product benefits and addressing client questions
  • Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contract details to secure commitments
  • Follow up diligently with prospects to nurture relationships and close deals efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system, ensuring organized tracking of leads and sales progress

Skills

  • Proven experience in B2C sales, especially within renewable energy
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Proficiency with IT tools including CRM software, email platforms, and virtual meeting applications

This role is NOT suitable for beginners. We are specifically looking for people with proven remote sales experience in either:

  • Solar Panels or Boiler Sales

You must already understand the industry, the customer journey, and how to sell remotely. This is a performance-driven opportunity.
