Kemps Publishing Advertising Services is a national advertising specialist that works with companies across the country to produce hard copy and digital magazines. Many of these publications are the official magazines of prestigious Chambers of Commerce nationwide, giving clients a trusted platform to reach business audiences. The company partners with the largest membership chamber in the country and has achieved record sales in recent editions. Kemps focuses on helping organizations promote their businesses locally and target specific regions effectively. Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Experienced Sales Executive role based in Solihull. The Sales Executive will prospect and contact new and existing business clients, promoting advertising opportunities in hard copy and digital Chamber of Commerce publications. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closing, and account follow-up. The role involves maintaining a strong pipeline, achieving and exceeding sales targets, and providing clients with tailored advertising solutions that align with their marketing objectives. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate campaign delivery and maintain up-to-date records.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within advertising, media, or publishing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, including cold calling and outreach to new business clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with confidence in explaining advertising solutions and closing deals.
- Customer-focused mindset, able to understand client needs and propose effective local and regional advertising packages.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven, with a professional approach to working in an on-site, collaborative sales team in Solihull.
