Experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator Location: Dulwich, South East London Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic DOE Permanent | Full-Time
We are recruiting for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join a highly regarded and well-established property business based in the heart of Dulwich.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced negotiator who already understands the Dulwich / South East London property market and is looking to join a friendly, close-knit team with a strong local reputation.
You will manage your own portfolio of properties and clients across both sales and lettings, taking an active role in negotiating transactions, building relationships and generating new business.
The Role
- Manage your own portfolio of properties and clients
- Handle both residential sales and lettings transactions
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the process
- Proactively generate new business and identify new opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and applicants
- Maintain strong knowledge of the Dulwich and surrounding property market
- Work closely with the wider team to achieve branch targets
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout every transaction

The Ideal Candidate
We are particularly interested in candidates who have:
- At least 2–3 years’ experience within residential sales and lettings
- Strong knowledge of Dulwich, East Dulwich or the wider South East London market
- Proven experience negotiating property transactions
- A confident, personable and professional approach
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach to generating new business
- The ability to manage their own workload and portfolio
- A genuine interest in progressing their career within the property industry
