Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Stonehouse for an experienced sales professional in the Telecoms and IT sector. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, promoting the company’s full range of telephony, connectivity, and mobile solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The individual will collaborate closely with technical and support teams to ensure accurate solution design and smooth service delivery, while maintaining detailed sales pipelines and reporting. The role also includes providing ongoing account management, offering training or guidance to clients on new services, and actively contributing to sales strategy and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building long-term client relationships
  • Training and presentation skills to explain telecoms and IT solutions clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven experience in B2B Telecoms, IT, or unified communications sales
  • Ability to understand and translate technical concepts (VoIP, SIP, hosted telephony, broadband, mobile solutions) into clear business benefits
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and working effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Valid UK work authorization; a full driving license and willingness to travel to customer sites is highly beneficial
