Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for an experienced Secretary on behalf of our client, who are in the professional services industry and based in Luton.
The Requirement
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm
Main Tasks
- Typing up documents and taking dictation as instructed by the department manager
- Liaising with colleagues as required and with clients on the phone
- Diary management and managing correspondence
- All general administrative and secretarial tasks

Requirements
- Must have previous experience working as a Secretary
- A background working in professional services as a Secretary (e.g., a law firm) is ideal
- Fast, accurate typing skills essential (minimum 50 wpm)
- Professional and courteous telephone manner
- Enthusiastic and hardworking
