Job Description: Security Operative

Company: SABRE Security Solutions

Location: London, United Kingdom (London-wide coverage — assignments vary by location)

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Freelance available depending on experience and licensing

Reports to: Company Directors

About SABRE Security Solutions

SABRE Security Solutions provides discreet, disciplined security for individuals, residences, and businesses across London. We deliver close protection, corporate and commercial security, residential and estate security, event security, protective transport, and security risk assessments — every assignment built around the client's specific risk, not a standard package.

Our approach is built on four principles: Assess, Plan, Protect, Review. We look for operatives who share our standard of discretion, preparation, and accountability.

The Role

We're looking for professional, alert, and reliable security operatives to join our team across a range of assignments — from corporate premises and residential estates to private events and high-profile appearances. Depending on your licensing, experience, and availability, you may be deployed to:

  • Close Protection — accompanying executives, private individuals, or public figures on domestic and international movements
  • Corporate & Commercial Security — securing offices, hotels, retail, and commercial premises
  • Residential & Estate Security — protecting private residences, gated properties, and family/household security
  • Event Security — managing access, guest movement, and principal protection at corporate functions, launches, and private events
  • Protective Transport — supporting secure, discreet journey planning and executive travel

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
