Job Description
The Social and Creator Strategist, will help shape how Sandisk shows up across social by bringing together creators, communities, and social content, in Europe.
The ideal candidate will own end-to-end creator partnerships, from identifying the right talent and developing campaign strategies to execution, optimisation and measurement. Beyond campaigns, the candidate will help build lasting relationships with creators and communities, ensuring content continues to generate conversation, advocacy and engagement long after launch. Working closely with country, regional and global teams, the candidate will translate brand priorities into social-first programmes that feel locally relevant, platform-native, and commercially impactful.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands creator culture, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to connect social activity with broader business objectives.
This is a hands-on role for an individual who actively develops, executes, and optimises social campaigns, manages content calendars, partners with creators, optimises paid and organic performance, analyses results, and consistently raises the bar on social excellence to drive growth. This role reports to the Senior Manager Social Media - EMEAI.

Activities:
Creator partnerships & campaign delivery
- Develop creator and influencer strategies aligned with country and regional priorities.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators across multiple tiers, from emerging voices to established talent.
- Build and manage relationships with creators, agencies, and talent partners across Europe.
- Lead campaigns end-to-end, including briefing, contracting, execution, optimisation, and reporting.
- Manage campaign budgets and measure performance against business objectives.
Community & advocacy
- Encourage conversation, advocacy and user-generated content beyond campaign launches.
- Monitor community sentiment, identify potential issues and partner with internal teams when escalation is required.
- Support community guidelines and engagement frameworks that encourage authentic interaction.
Social content & ecosystem
- Partner with creative, brand, and marketing teams to develop social-first content strategies.
- Ensure creator, brand, and community content work together as one connected ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities to amplify high-performing content through both organic and paid channels.
- Support reactive and culturally relevant content that reflects platform behaviours and audience expectations.
Insights & optimisation
- Monitor creator trends, platform developments, and cultural conversations across Europe.
- Use social listening and AI-enabled tools to identify opportunities, emerging creators, and audience insights.
- Translate insights into recommendations that strengthen campaigns and regional social strategy.
- Share learnings and best practices across local and regional teams.
Social Governance
- Ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines, platform policies and advertising regulations.
- Provide guidance to creators and internal stakeholders on disclosure, governance and social best practice.
Qualifications
- Experience managing creator partnerships, influencer marketing or social media programmes for consumer brands.
- Strong understanding and experience of current social platforms and the evolving creator ecosystem.
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end creator campaigns, from strategy through execution, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of the European creator landscape.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring campaign performance.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously, bringing new ideas to the table and taking ownership from strategy through execution.
- Genuine curiosity for internet culture, gaming, creators, emerging platforms and consumer trends.
- Experience within consumer technology, gaming, and lifestyle brands is an advantage.
- Experience covering live events or gaming activations is a plus.
- Experience using creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms is desirable.
